JAFexpert is a web-based expert system on jute (C. olitorius and C. capsularies) and allied fibre crops viz. mesta, roselle, sunnhemp, ramie, sisal and flax. It imitates the interaction a user may have with human experts with the aim in improving decision making of crop growers and other users on jute and allied fibre crop management towards increasing productivity.
